Services provided from our 3000 square foot testing facility range from:

• FAA/Asphalt Institute mix designs, including TSR testing for airport paving projects.
• Basic laboratory aggregate, concrete, and asphalt testing, including soundness and abrasion
• On-site troubleshooting.
• Asphalt rutting/deformation studies of asphalt mixtures.
• Our Georgia Triple Track Rutting Machine provides advanced knowledge of paving mixture performance to prevent substandard products from being placed into service.

For most of the above mentioned services, results are generally reported within 24 hours, saving time and money.

Uses/Applications

Our in-house statistical tracking of product components, allows rapid transition and mix changes, without compromising quality. Our updated Department of Ecology certified, on-site analytical testing facility provides environmental testing services, using either an Infrared Spectrometer (IR) or Gas Chromatograph (GC) technology, allowing rapid sample turn around - at no extra charge. Our standard test procedures of TPH on soils and aggregates or Ph and Turbidity for water are normally reported within 24 hours.
